It’s all about the dance of Salsa. It’s about the belief that dancing affects us both physically, as well as mentally and gives us self-esteem, life joy and wondrously increases our quality of life.
To Salsa is to use your senses and ground yourself in your body, instead
of being in your head all the time. It’s letting go and being in the
presence. It’s enjoying your vitality and allowing yourself to play and
be spontaneous. Being who you are, not what you are.
Salsa conveys simple, optimistic values in the age of frenzied consumerism.
